The Hartley | luxury apartments
We are proud to be both the developer and builder for Hartley Apartments, a 262-unit, 208,000 sq. ft. multi-family community. With a total project value of $34 million, this marks the second in a series of multi-family developments led by our team. From land acquisition, spearheaded by our in-house real estate expert and chairman, to construction, we’ve orchestrated every detail to bring this vision to life. Our team partnered with Dana Safety Supply Inc., a national leader in public safety equipment, to complete a 20,000 sq. ft. facility featuring a 1,500 sq. ft. office space.
