Chase McNutt is the CEO of Citadel Construction Company. He has been in the construction industry since 2008 and has worked on a wide variety of projects over the years including multifamily, duplex, residential, industrial/storage, commercial, office, retail and restaurants. Chase has been a lifelong entrepreneur and knowledge seeker and he believes if you’re not growing, you’re dying. His passion is people, and he strives to build long-lasting relationships with vendors, trade partners, owners and investors and continues to bring quality and trust into every project.
As CEO, Chase has been charged with building and leading high-performing teams, creating a positive and productive work environment, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. He is in charge of day-to-day operations and ensuring the company’s financial stability while continuing operations effectively and efficiently. He believes that with the right people in the right places, anything is possible. With many years of experience in the construction industry, his mission is to deliver a quality product and exceed all budget and schedule expectations.
Chase is a proud West Texan, born and raised in Lubbock, Texas. He and his wife, Kaci, have two kids and are members of Redeemer Church.

Brandon is the Vice President of Construction for Citadel Construction. He was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas, and he graduated from Texas Tech University with a Construction Engineering Technology degree and a minor in Construction Management. With over 20 years of construction experience, Brandon continues to bring expansion and innovation across
West Texas.
Brandon has successfully managed a multitude of construction projects in his 20 years of experience, ranging from commercial projects, industrial projects to residential developments. His comprehensive understanding of construction, coupled with his keen insights into construction management, has earned him a stellar reputation in the industry. Brandon's leadership at Citadel Construction has been marked by a commitment to excellence and a relentless pursuit of efficiency. His adept project management skills have not only ensured the timely completion of numerous ventures but also fostered a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the company.
Alongside his wife Stacey and their three children, Brandon continues to shape the future of construction in the region.
BRANDON MITCHELL
Jordan Strebeck is the Chairman of Citadel Construction, a position he has served in since the company's inception. A lifelong entrepreneur, he is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Fortress Energy, an energy-focused private equity investment firm based in Midland, TX, as well as the co-founder and Chairman of Outkick Investment Partners, a real estate
development firm located in Lubbock, TX. Collectively, these firms have deployed over $300 million in capital across multiple partnerships, geographies and asset classes.
Mr. Strebeck earned his undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University, summa cum laude, and his MBA from Harvard Business School, where he served as the Co-President of the
Student Body and graduated with Second Year Honors. He and his wife, also a Texas Tech graduate, have four children. He is a past board member of the Harvard Business School Alumni Association, the Permian Basin Petroleum Association, and was the inaugural Chairman of U.S. Rep. August Pfluger's Permian Basin Industry Taskforce.
JORDAN STREBECK
Taylor Tucker is the Chairman and Managing Partner of Citadel Construction, a position he has served in since the founding of the company. He is also the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Outkick Investment Partners, a real estate development firm in his hometown of Lubbock, TX. Taylor began his real estate career in multifamily brokerage in 2006. He the Managing Director of Texas Multifamily Group, aiding buyers and sellers with the acquisition/disposition
of multifamily/student housing assets and site selection for apartment development across the country. Taylor has represented clients in over $850 million of volume.
Taylor and his wife, Lindi, are proud Texas Tech Red Raiders and have three daughters (Leighton, Tinley, and Tate).
